The Community Based Child Protection in Emergencies Task Force is looking for interagency Child Protection Coordination Groups to participate in the development of a Field Guide to Strengthen CBCP in Humanitarian Settings. The focus is on sub-national groups. The Guide will include practical tools for working with communities in humanitarian settings.
Selected participants will:
- Engage members of a sub-national coordination group, with support from national group members as appropriate (e.g. supervisors), in the development of the Field Guide.
- Participate in a training to improve practitioners’ effective and sustainable engagement with communities.
Participating organizations and members of the coordination group who complete the above engagement will be eligible to apply for seed funding to strengthen current community based actions, followed by three months of technical support.
