The Case Management Task Force (CMTF) announces the launch of the first module of the Global Case Management Online Learning Series. Each module has Facilitator's Resources for those who would like to lead this learning series with in-country actors.
This first module highlights key case management guidelines, including the “Inter-agency guidelines for case management and child protection”. It describes what case management is and provides step-by-step guidance for handling child protection cases in humanitarian situations. The module also presents the “Guidelines on Assessing and Determining the Best Interests of the Child”, a valuable resource for refugee settings or other humanitarian situations that involve difficult, long-term decisions for children.
