In the context of COVID-19, many organizations are considering contacting survey respondents on their cell phones.

Using a Total Survey Error Framework, ICAP's Abigail Greenleaf will share key questions to consider when planning remote surveys in sub-Saharan Africa for data collection, monitoring and evaluation, and/or surveillance.

Information about the pros and cons of different modes and sampling schemes will help identify potential causes of bias.
