The Alliance for Child Protection in Humanitarian Action is organising the 2026 Annual Meeting for Child Protection in Humanitarian Action on Zoom from the 9th to 11th of June 2026. This includes 3 days dedicated to the theme of the meeting, “Child Protection in a Resource-Constrained World: From Challenges in Financing to Innovative Solutions”.

At a time when humanitarian needs are escalating while resources are tightening and the global legal and normative framework for protecting children due to increasing violations of international humanitarian and human rights law is under strain, collective reflection and exchange are critical to sustaining and strengthening child protection outcomes. In response to these challenges, the 2026 Annual Meeting will provide a dedicated space to share evidence, practice, and innovation that can support more effective and resilient child protection responses. The meeting will retain its global focus, while centering realities and solutions emerging at national and sub-national levels.

The Annual Meeting enables all stakeholders and duty-bearers to come together once per year to discuss lessons and evidence, network, and collectively exchange and reflect for the protection of children in humanitarian settings. We need you: your experience, insights, and commitment to support more effective and resilient child protection responses. We invite you to share this registration with your colleagues and your networks, as no individual sector alone can achieve this goal.

*Save the date and join us at the Annual Meeting for Child Protection in Humanitarian Action to explore how we can explore how we can protect children in a resource-constrained world and come together to sustain and strengthen child protection outcomes.

*Information regarding registration will be released in late March/early April. If you have not already done so, please subscribe to our Newsletter to ensure you receive the invitation to register.
