Artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming how humanitarian actors work, offering new opportunities to improve efficiency, access information, and strengthen programming. However, its growing use also raises important questions about safeguarding, data protection, ethics, accountability, and the potential risks for children and communities affected by humanitarian crises.

To support child protection practitioners and organisations in navigating these opportunities and challenges, the Alliance is pleased to launch its new Guidelines for Responsible AI Use in Child Protection in Humanitarian Action.

The Guidelines will provide practical recommendations to help humanitarian actors make informed decisions about when and how to use AI responsibly, while ensuring that children's rights, safety, and well-being remain at the centre of their work.

This interactive webinar will explore the new Guidelines and what they mean for child protection practice in humanitarian settings. Whether you are already using AI tools in your work or are just beginning to explore their potential, this webinar will offer valuable insights to help you navigate AI responsibly and confidently.

Join the discussion and learn how we can harness the potential of AI while protecting children in humanitarian action.

We look forward to seeing you there!
