- Promote access to high-quality learning resources via platforms such as the Kaya Alliance Learning Hub, the CPHA Community of Practice, and Trainers’ Network.
- Explore and integrate responsible AI tools to personalise learning experiences, enhance language accessibility, and support real-time content adaptation based on user behaviour and needs.
- Strengthen evidence generation through case studies and context-specific reviews on the impact of quality Learning and Development initiatives.
- Support a hybrid approach to learning—prioritising face to face regional workshops where possible while also organising virtual trainings—to strengthen localised capacity, foster peer to peer exchange, and deepen practitioner connections across contexts.
