New Webpage! Localisation in Action: Bank of Case Studies from Alliance Members

As part of the Alliance’s Localisation Initiative, we are committed to expanding opportunities to share and showcase learning, successes, and expertise related to localisation in child protection in humanitarian action.

This newly launched webpage brings together a growing bank of case studies that highlight diverse, locally-led initiatives advancing localisation across contexts. These examples demonstrate how local and national actors are strengthening child protection systems, influencing decision-making processes, and delivering more effective and sustainable responses for children and families affected by crises.

By documenting and elevating these experiences, the Alliance aims to accelerate evidence-based advocacy for increased localisation — demonstrating not only why localisation matters, but how it contributes to stronger child protection outcomes in practice.
