Upcoming Online Training! CPHA Competency Framework

The L&D Working Group at the Alliance for Child Protection in Humanitarian Action is pleased to invite applications to participate in a short training on the CPHA Competency Framework and its associated tools. 

The course will provide an introduction to the CPHA Competency Framework and three tools to operationalise it in your recruitment, selection, and management of CPHA staff. 

The course will take place via Zoom, in two sessions:

1. Monday 18 March 13.00 - 14.15 CET, and
2. Wednesday 20 March 13.00 - 15.00 CET.

We have limited slots available and we will prioritise applications that clearly demonstrate their motivation to participate.
