مهمة المساءلة تجاه الأطفال:
إن الهدف من مبادرة المساءلة تجاه الأطفال التي يقودها التحالف هو أن تكون جميع البرامج الإنسانية مسؤولة أمام الأطفال من حيث ضمان مشاركتهم الهادفة والمنصفة بما يتماشى مع قدراتهم المتطورة على النحو المبين في اتفاقية حقوق الطفل. تقود هذه المبادرة المجموعة الاستشارية للمساءلة تجاه الأطفال والتي تضم أهم المنظمات العاملة في المجال الإنساني، وستقدم هذه المجموعة المشورة بشأن الإجراءات العملية والعناصر الفنية المطلوبة لتنفيذ أهداف مبادرة المساءلة تجاه الأطفال كما تحددها استراتيجية التحالف ٢٠٢١-٢٠٢٥.
الأهداف:
تمثل المساءلة تجاه الأطفال أولوية استراتيجية للتحالف خلال الأعوام ٢٠٢١- ٢٠٢٥، وخلال هذه الفترة ستسعى المبادرة لتحقيق الأهداف التالية:
- طوير وتنفيذ الخطة الاستراتيجية للتحالف فيما يتعلق بالمساءلة؛
- صياغة كيفية تنفيذ جهود المناصرة بشأن المساءلة تجاه الأطفال في النظام الإنساني، وذلك بالتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الآخرين، بما في ذلك الجهات المانحة، ومع التركيز بشكل خاص على حماية الطفل؛;
- إشراك التحالف بشكل فعال في المبادرات العالمية المعنيّة بالمساءلة تجاه الأطفال؛
- تحديد الأولويات وجمع الأموال لدعم جهود المساءلة تجاه الأطفال التي يتعين على التحالف اتخاذها؛
- القيام بما يلزم لتطوير المساءلة ضمن هيكلية التحالف وعبر مختلف إدارته ومنتجاته.
