مهمة التوطين:
إن الهدف من مبادرة التوطين التي ينفذها التحالف هو إجراء تحول في نمط العمل ضمن قطاع حماية الطفل وذلك من خلال مشاركة القدرات والخبرات والفرص ونقل السلطة والموارد بشكل متعمد وفعال إلى الجهات الفاعلة المجتمعية والمحلية والوطنية. هذه المبادرة تتم قيادتها من قبل المجموعة الاستشارية للتوطين والتي تعد مسؤولة عن توجيه العمليات والجوانب التقنية بهدف تطبيق ومتابعة أهداف التوطين ضمن استراتيجية التحالف للأعوام ٢٠٢١ -٢٠٢٥.
الأهداف:
يمثل التوطين أولوية استراتيجية للتحالف خلال الفترة 2021-2025. وخلال هذه الفترة ستهدف مبادرة التوطين إلى:
- إشراك التحالف بشكل فعال في المبادرات المعنية بالتوطين والتحرر من الهيمنة؛;
- تطوير وتنفيذ الخطة الإستراتيجية للتحالف فيما يتعلق بالتوطين، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على ضمان التمثيل والمشاركة والقيادة من قبل الجهات الفاعلة المحلية والوطنية؛;
- تحديد الأولويات وجمع الأموال لدعم إجراءات ومبادرات التوطين التي يتعين على التحالف اتخاذها، مع اعتبار هذه الإجراءات والمبادرات كيانات متميزة ومتكاملة (اللجنة التوجيهية، واللجنة التنفيذية، ومجموعات العمل، وفرق العمل، والمبادرات، والمجموعات الاستشارية)؛;
- صياغة كيفية تنفيذ جهود مناصرة التوطين ضمن التحالف، وذلك بالتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الآخرين من العاملين في المجال الإنساني ومع التركيز بشكل خاص على حماية الطفل.
