أهداف مجموعة عمل التعلم والتنمية للأعوام ٢٠٢١-٢٠٢٣
يتم التعامل مع التعلم والتطوير بطريقة ممنهجة ومن خلال إستراتيجية وأسلوب يعتمد على الكفاءة وذلك لضمان الجودة بالنسبة للعاملين في مجال حماية الطفل في العمل الإنساني وأيضاً ضمان صلة هذا الموضوع بسياقاتهم؛
تستفيد الجهات الفاعلة العاملة في مجال حماية الطفل في العمل الإنساني من القدرة. المتزايدة على الوصول إلى فرص التعلم والتطوير على المستويات الدولية والإقليمية والوطنية؛
يحصل العاملون في مجال حماية الطفل في العمل الإنساني على فرص متزايدة لتبادل التعلم من خلال الفعاليات وقنوات التواصل التي يتم توفيرها أو تنظيمها، كما يتم العمل على زيادة التعاون مع مؤسسات المستوى الثالث وتحسين الوصول إلى التعليم من المستوى الثالث للعاملين في مجال حماية الطفل في العمل الإنساني؛
Other يتم توفير الدعم لمجموعات العمل وفرق العمل الأخرى التابعة للتحالف وذلك فيما يتعلق بتطوير ونشر الأنشطة عالية الجودة في مجال بناء وتعزيز القدرات.
