يعمل التحالف مع الشبكة المشتركة بين الوكالات للتعليم في حالات الطوارئ (INEE) على تشجيع ودعم جهود التعاون والتنسيق بين القطاعين. هذه الجهود يقودها مسؤول التنسيق الفني الذي يرفع تقاريره إلى كلتا المؤسستين، وذلك بتوجيه من مجموعة استشارية متعددة الوكالات وتعمل عبر القطاعات.
الأهداف
- تعزيز رفاه الأطفال والشباب المتضررين من حالات الطوارئ والأزمات والنزوح القسري.
- تعزيز التعاون بين الجهات العاملة في مجال حماية الطفل من جهة وبين مؤسسات التعليم في حالات الطورائ من جهة أخرى، وذلك ضمن مختلف مستويات البرامج الإنسانية وفي كل مرحلة من مراحل الاستجابة.

تشكيل فريق استشاري يعمل عبر القطاعات ويأتي من عدة وكالات تكون مهمته لتوفير القيادة والإشراف الفني على جميع الموارد التي جرى رصدها أو التخطيط لها أو إنتاجها
تطوير أدوات المناصرة والإرشادات الفنية على مستوى المؤسسات والتي من شأنها أن تعزز جهود التعاون
إطلاق مبادرات لبناء القدرات بشكل تشاركي بهدف دعم الممارسين الميدانيين،
خلق فرص للتعلم من البرامج التشاركية والبرامج التكاملية وذلك للتعريف بالممارسات الواعدة وإثرائها،
ضمان مشاركة هذه الممارسات الواعدة بما من شأنه أن يدعم جهود التعلم الجماعي بين القطاعين وتوفير المعلومات الضرورية لدى وضع البرامج.
