مهمتنا
يتمثل الهدف العام لفرقة العمل المعنية بالأطفال المرتبطين بالقوات المسلحة والجماعات المسلحة في تعزيز التنسيق والتعاون بين العامين في المجال الإنساني من جهة والجهات الفاعلة في مجال التنمية من جهة أخرى، وتقديم الدعم الفني وبناء القدرات للممارسين الميدانيين لتعزيز جودة برامج الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ والأزمات طويلة الأمد، بحيث تمنع هذه البرامج ممارسات تجنيد الأطفال وتسهل الإفراج عنهم وتوفر الاستجابة الضرورية لاحتياجات الأطفال المرتبطين بالقوات المسلحة أو الجماعات المسلحة.
الأولويات الرئيسية لفرقة العمل المعنيّة بالأطفال المرتبطين بالقوات والجماعات المسلحة
- زيادة قدرة العاملين الميدانيين على الوصول إلى الإرشادات والأدوات المشتركة بين الوكالات واستخدامها لمنع تجنيد الأطفال في القوات المسلحة والجماعات المسلحة وتوفير الاستجابة الضرورية لهؤلاء الأطفال.
- تطوير المعارف والمهارات والسلوكيات لدى الأفراد المسؤولين عن توفير الاستجابة الإنسانية والعاملين في مجال التنمية وذلك في مجال منع تجنيد الأطفال في القوات المسلحة والجماعات المسلحة والاستجابة لهذه الممارسات.
- تبادل الأدلة والأبحاث والممارسات الجيدة والدروس المستفادة والتي من شأنها أن تعزز فهمنا حول ممارسات تجنيد الأطفال في القوات المسلحة والجماعات المسلحة وكيفية توفير الاستجابة الفعالة لها.
- تسهيل التعاون والتنسيق بين فرقة العمل المعنية بالأطفال المرتبطين بالقوات المسلحة والجماعات المسلحة وبين البرامج والمبادرات العالمية الأخرى ذات الصلة، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر المجموعة التوجيهية لمبادئ باريس وغيرها من فرق العمل ومجموعات العمل التابعة لتحالف حماية الطفل في العمل الإنساني.
