Supporting Child Protection During Infectious Disease Outbreaks

As humanitarian responses adapt to recent Ebola outbreaks, the Alliance is re-sharing practical resources to help child protection practitioners prepare for and respond to infectious disease outbreaks.

While many of the Alliance's resources were originally developed during the COVID-19 pandemic, they were designed to support child protection practitioners working across a range of infectious disease outbreaks and can be adapted to different contexts.

Our Infectious Disease Outbreaks (IDO) Resource Hub brings together practical guidance, technical resources, advocacy materials, webinars, research, and learning opportunities to help practitioners continue protecting children while adapting programmes and services.
