Notre mission

Encourager la professionnalisation et le développement de ce secteur d'activités, en apportant un éclairage stratégique sur la définition des priorités en matière de renforcement de capacités, de partenariat avec les universités et la mise en place d'une approche holistique, équitable et accessible pour le partage de capacités, de connaissances et de compétences dans le domaine. 

Objectifs 2021-2023 du groupe de travail Apprentissage et Développement

L'apprentissage et le développement sont abordés de manière stratégique, en s'appuyant sur une approche structurée et basée sur les compétences pour garantir la pertinence et qualité pour les acteurs de la protection de l'enfance dans l’action humanitaire; 

Les acteurs de la protection de l'enfance dans l’action humanitaire bénéficient d'un meilleur accès aux opportunités d'apprentissage et de perfectionnement au niveau international, régional et national;

Les acteurs de la protection de l'enfance dans l’action humanitaire ont davantage de possibilités de partager leurs connaissances et compétences dans le cadre d'événements et de communautés organisés; une meilleure coopération avec les universités et une amélioration de l’accès à l’enseignement supérieur pour les acteurs de la protection de l'enfance dans l’action humanitaire;

Les autres groupes de travail et groupes spécialisés de l'Alliance sont soutenus dans l'élaboration et le déploiement d'activités de renforcement des capacités de qualité.
