Notre mission
Notre mission est de renforcer la gestion de cas dans les réponses humanitaires dans le cadre de la création de systèmes de protection de l'enfance. Le groupe spécialisé "Gestion de cas" vise à améliorer les connaissances et les compétences des intervenants en protection de l'enfance en situation d'urgence aux niveau mondial, régional et sur le terrain, qui planifient, mettent en œuvre ou soutiennent des services de gestion de cas dans des contextes humanitaires. A ce but, nous développons des outils et des conseils standardisés, en contribuant à l'apprentissage et à la recherche sur le terrain et en fournissant des conseils et un soutien techniques.
Principales priorités du groupe spécialisé "Gestion de cas"
- S'assurer que les praticiens de la protection de l'enfance aient accès à des outils techniques inter-agences, à des conseils et à un soutien pour renforcer les systèmes de gestion des cas dans les contextes humanitaires.
- S'assurer que les praticiens de la protection de l'enfance aient accès aux opportunités de renforcement des capacités dans la gestion de cas inter-agences aux niveaux national, régional et mondial.
- Collecter, synthétiser et diffuser efficacement l'apprentissage et les données sur les systèmes et les pratiques de gestion des cas.
